Can I have a Maven phone call instead of a video appointment?

Maven is a secure video platform rather than an audio-only platform, so you cannot schedule a Maven phone call. During the booking process, you do have the option to enter your phone number, but your practitioner will only be able to see your phone number as a backup after an initial video connection has been made.
