If you’re enrolled in our Pregnancy Program with Virtual Doula Care, you’ll have unlimited, free access to virtual Doulas only, plus access to medically-reviewed articles, on-demand classes, videos, and more.

If you don’t have Maven as a sponsored benefit
You’re still welcome to book virtual appointments with Maven providers and pay per appointment. There are:

- Specialized Physicians (Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialists, Reproductive Endocrinologists): starting at $50 for a 10–20 minute appointment
- Nurse Practitioners & Midwives: starting at $20 for a 10-minute appointment
- Mental Health Providers: starting at $70 for a 40-minute appointment
- General Wellness Providers (Nutrition Coach, Physical Support Coach, Lactation Consultant, Doula, Diabetes Coach): starting at $25 for a 20-minute appointment
- Coaches (Wellness Coach, Career Coach, Sex Coach, Adoption Coach, Pediatric Sleep Coach): starting at $50 for a 30-minute appointment
- Specialized Coaches (Genetic Counselor, High-Risk Pregnancy Coach, High-Risk Pregnancy Coach & NP): starting at $30 for a 15–30 minute appointment

Can I use my FSA or HSA?

Can I use my insurance?
Maven appointments aren’t billed through insurance.
However, the cost of a Maven appointment is often comparable to—or less than—a typical insurance co-pay. If your Maven provider prescribes medication, you can use your insurance at the pharmacy.
