We personalize your referral list based on:
- Your location: Finding providers near you.
- Travel preferences: How far you're willing to travel for care.
- Preferences: Matching you with providers who understand your specific needs.
Our commitment to quality:
We aim to connect you with high-quality providers who meet your individual needs and preferences, while also upholding Maven's standards of care. We use feedback from the Maven community and publicly available information like online ratings and reviews to identify the best providers in your area.
Focus on fertility clinics and OB-GYNs:
- Fertility clinics: We provide detailed clinical metrics for fertility clinics, including the average number of embryos transferred and singleton live birth rates.
- OB-GYNs: We consider both the individual ratings and the hospital where they are affiliated, looking at factors like the hospital's C-section and episiotomy rates when available.
Choosing a provider is a personal decision:
We understand that finding the right provider is a significant decision. Our referral lists are designed to support you with preliminary research to get you started in this process. We encourage you to also seek recommendations from friends and family, as they often have valuable insights into local providers.
Providers requiring a medical referral:
Please note that we cannot provide referrals for providers who require a medical referral, such as surgeons, neurologists, or genetic counselors. For these types of providers, we recommend contacting your primary care provider or insurance company.
How to request a referral list
To request a referral list, please send a message to our Maven Care Team with the following information:
- Provider type: The type of provider you're looking for.
- Location: The zip code(s) where you'd like to find a provider.
- Preferences: Any specific preferences you have regarding the provider's background, specialties, or experience.
