What are Maven’s cancellation policies?

Member cancellation

Members will receive a full refund if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Practitioner cancellation 

In the rare event of a provider cancellation or no-show, the member is never charged.
