Can I have a Maven phone call instead of a video appointment?

Maven is a secure video platform rather than an audio-only platform, so you cannot schedule a Maven phone call with a provider. During the booking process, you do have the option to enter your phone number, but your provider will only be able to see your phone number as a backup.
