What happens after my appointment?

Your provider will write a post-session note with a summary of your visit and any recommendations. This note will not be emailed for security purposes, but you can always access this note for reference securely through the Maven platform. It can be found under “Previous Appointments,” and you will be notified via a push notification when the note is ready.

If you and your provider agreed on a prescription as a part of your care, your provider will electronically prescribe your medication to the pharmacy of your choice once you have entered your pharmacy information in your appointment details.
