You can launch your appointment one of two ways:
- App: Use the Maven Clinic app (download for free on iOS or Android)
- Web: Go to www.mavenclinic.com and sign into your account. You’ll need a computer with a front-facing camera. We recommend using Google Chrome, Safari, or Mozilla Firefox.
At the time of your appointment:
- Log in to your Maven account
- Tap “Me” (on mobile) or your initials (on the web)
- Tap “Appointments”
- Tap the launch button to start your appointment. You’ll connect with your Maven provider via video. (You can launch your appointment up to 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.)
How do I prepare for my appointment?
- Pre-session note: Fill out your pre-session note and pharmacy information (if applicable) by going to “Appointments” and then clicking the individual appointment.
- Health profile: Update your health profile with any allergies or current medications. This is required for prescriptions and helps your provider prepare for your appointment.
- Wi-Fi: Make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi connection for the best experience.
What happens after my appointment?
- Post-session note: Your provider will write a post-session note with a summary of your visit and any recommendations. You can access this note (and download a PDF version) through your Maven app under “Me” (on mobile) or your initials (on web) and tapping “Appointments” and then tapping the individual appointments. It will also appear in your Messages. (Providers have up to 48 hours to submit your post appointment note.)
Prescriptions: If your provider prescribes medication, they’ll send it electronically to your chosen pharmacy once you’ve entered your pharmacy information in your appointment details.
