We know life can be unpredictable, and plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a Maven appointment, you can do so quickly and easily right from the app or website. Here’s how it works.
Step 1: Go to your appointments
In the Maven app
- Tap the menu icon (three lines)
- Select Appointments
On the Maven website
- Click on your initials in the top corner
- Select Appointments
Step 2: Find your appointment
Locate the appointment you’d like to update from your list of upcoming visits.
Step 3: Cancel or reschedule
- Choose Cancel to cancel the appointment
- Choose Reschedule to pick a new date and time that works better for you
If you reschedule, you’ll be guided through selecting the next available option.
Important information for members without a sponsored plan
If you’re paying out of pocket for your appointment, here’s what to keep in mind:
- Full refund: Canceling or rescheduling at least 24 hours before your appointment qualifies for a full refund.
- Within 24 hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance aren’t eligible for a refund. We encourage you to keep your appointment when possible, as this helps ensure our providers are compensated for their time.
