We understand that things come up, and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your Maven appointment. Here's how to do it:
- Go to your appointments:
- In the Maven app, tap "Me" and then "Appointments."
- On the website, click on your initials and then "Appointments."
- Find the appointment: Locate the appointment you want to change.
- Cancel or reschedule: Choose to either cancel or reschedule the appointment. If you reschedule, you'll be prompted to select a new date and time that works for you.
Important information for members without a sponsored plan:

Full refund: If you're paying out-of-pocket and cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, you'll receive a full refund.

Within 24 hours: We encourage you to keep your appointment if it's within 24 hours, as refunds are not issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. This ensures that our practitioners are compensated for their time.
