Ready to connect with a Maven provider? Here are two ways to find the perfect match and schedule your appointment.
Search by condition or specialty:
- Go to “Get Care” in your Maven app.
- Search by a specific condition (e.g., “anxiety,” “infertility”) or a provider specialty (e.g. “lactation consultant,” “mental health provider”).
- Maven will show you a list of recommended providers who can help, along with their available appointment times.
- Simply click on the time slot that works best for you to book your appointment.
Explore your Care Team:
- If you have Maven through your employer or health plan, go to "Me" and then "My Care Team."
- You'll find a list of recommended providers, as well as providers you've met with before.
- To book an appointment, click "Book video appointment" under the provider's name and choose your preferred time.
- You can also send a message to a provider by clicking "Message."
Requesting availability
- If a provider doesn't have any appointments available right now, you may be able to request availability (only available for some providers).
- Click "Request availability" under the provider's name.
- Select your time zone and suggest a few dates and times that work for you.
- Click "Send request" to notify the provider. They'll let you know if they can add availability to their schedule.
- If you don't hear back within 72 hours, the Maven Team will reach out to help you find a similar provider.
To learn more about a provider
- Click on a provider's name to view their profile. You'll find information about their background, experience, and approach to care.
- You can also send a message to a provider from their profile.
Remember: If you have Maven through your employer or health plan, all appointments on Maven are completely free!
