We recommend booking a 15-minute Introduction to Maven virtual appointment to connect one-on-one. It’s an easy way to get personalized guidance and make the most of your benefits.
How to schedule your appointment
You can book your Introduction to Maven virtual appointment in the Maven app or on the Maven website.
On the Maven app
- Tap My Care at the bottom of the home screen
- Select View Care Team
- Tap your assigned Care Advocate’s profile
- Select Show all availability
- Choose the date and time that works best for you
On the Maven website
- Click your initial icon in the top corner of the screen
- Select My Care Team
- Click your assigned Care Advocate’s profile
- Select Show all availability
- Choose the date and time that works best for you
Once booked, your appointment will appear in the Appointments tab. When it’s time to meet, you can launch your appointment directly from the Maven app or website.

Can’t find a time that works?
If your assigned Care Advocate doesn’t have availability that fits your schedule, you can easily meet with another Care Advocate. Use this link to view additional openings and book a video chat: Book a Care Advocate appointment.
