- Help you find the right providers and resources
We recommend scheduling a 15-minute introduction appointment to connect with them. It’s a great way to get personalized guidance and feel confident using your benefits.
How to schedule your appointment
You can book your Introduction to Maven appointment in the Maven app or on the Maven website:
- Navigate to the Me tab (or initial icon).
- Select My Care Team.
- Click on your assigned Care Advocate’s profile.
- Select Show all availability to view open times.
- Choose the date and time that works best for you.
Once booked, your appointment will appear in the Appointments tab. You’ll be able to launch your appointment directly in the Maven app or website when it’s time to meet.
