If your provider needs to prescribe medication, you can add or update your pharmacy information directly in your Maven account. You can do this on the website or in the Maven app (iOS or Android).
On the website
- Click your initials in the upper right corner.
- Select Appointments.
- Click the pencil icon next to Pharmacy information to add or update your pharmacy details.
On the Maven app (iOS)
To enter your pharmacy information in the app, you must have an upcoming appointment scheduled with a provider who can prescribe medication.
- Tap the menu icon (three lines).
- Select Appointments.
- Choose your upcoming appointment with the prescribing provider.
- Add or update your pharmacy information on the appointment screen.
On the Maven app (Android)
To enter your pharmacy information, you must have an upcoming appointment scheduled with a provider who can prescribe medication.
- Tap your initials.
- Select Appointments.
- Choose your upcoming appointment with the prescribing provider.
- Add or update your pharmacy information from the appointment screen.
Tips for finding your pharmacy
- Search by zip code or store number: If you’re having trouble locating your pharmacy, try entering the pharmacy’s zip code or store number as the pharmacy name. For example, if your Walgreens is Store #12345, enter “12345” in the pharmacy name field.
- Online pharmacies: If you use an online pharmacy (like CVS Caremark), search using the zip code they list for ePrescriptions. You can usually find this information on the pharmacy’s website under “ePrescribe” details.
