You can add or update your pharmacy information on the web or in the Maven app (iOS and Android).
On Web:
- Click on your initials in the upper right corner.
- Select “Appointments”.
- Click the pencil icon next to “Pharmacy information” to add or change your pharmacy.
On Maven App (iOS):
To enter your pharmacy information in the app, you must have an upcoming appointment scheduled with a provider who can prescribe medication.
- Tap on your initials.
- Select “Appointments”.
- Choose your upcoming appointment with the prescribing provider.
- Add or change your pharmacy information on the appointment screen.
On Maven App (Android):
- In order to enter your pharmacy information, you must have an upcoming appointment scheduled with a provider who is able to prescribe.
- Tap on your initials, then “Appointments”
- Find your upcoming appointment with the prescribing provider. From your appointment screen, you will be able to add or change your pharmacy information.
Tips and tricks:
- Search by pharmacy zip code: Use your pharmacy’s zip code and store number as the pharmacy name to quickly find your pharmacy. For example, if your Walgreens is Walgreens Store #12345, enter "12345" in the pharmacy name to search.
- Online pharmacies: If you use an online pharmacy (like CVS Caremark), search using their preferred zip code for ePrescriptions. You can usually find this on the pharmacy’s website under information for ePrescribe.
