We know many of our members travel or live in different time zones. Here’s how appointment times work on Maven so you can log on with confidence.
On the Maven app (iOS or Android)
Appointment times are shown in your current time zone.
The app automatically detects your device’s location and adjusts your appointment times accordingly.
On a web browser
Appointment times should also reflect your current time zone when using a laptop or desktop computer.
For the smoothest experience—especially if you’re traveling or switching time zones—we recommend downloading the free Maven Clinic app on your iOS or Android device.
Important note if you’re traveling
If you’re traveling, the time zone in the Maven app or website may automatically adjust based on your location and might not match your home time zone.
For example: If you live in New York but are traveling in California, your appointment times will be shown in Pacific Time while you’re there.
