As your needs evolve, your Maven program can too. Whether you’re entering a new phase of your family journey or want to explore additional support, it’s easy to transition to a different program—right in the Maven app or on our website.
When you can switch programs
You can self-transition your program if you're currently enrolled in one of the following:
- Fertility & Family Building → Move to Pregnancy or Loss
- Pregnancy → Move to Postpartum or Loss
Partner support is also available. If you’re enrolled in the Partner - Fertility or Partner - Pregnancy program, you’ll see transition options too.
If your organization offers it, you can also add Parenting & Pediatrics at any time.
Trying to switch from a different program? Some transitions require help from our team. If you don’t see the program you’re looking for, reach out to the Maven Care Team for support.
Please note available programs depend on what your employer or health plan has chosen to cover.
How to switch programs
You can make changes directly from the app or the web:
On the Maven app:
- Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top corner of the app.
- Tap Program.
- If you're eligible to self-transition, you'll see available options listed here.
On the Maven website:
- Click your Initial in the top-right corner.
- Select Program from the dropdown.
- You’ll see your current program and any self-transition options.
When transitioning to Pregnancy or Postpartum, we’ll ask for either your estimated due date or your child’s birthdate to personalize your experience.
