At Maven, we understand that life gets busy — and so do our inboxes! We try to reach out at the times you might need support the most, but we know everyone’s preferences are different.
Update your email preferences in your account
If you’d like to stop receiving most emails from Maven:
- Open the Maven app or website
- Click the Me tab (or your initials in the top corner)
- Go to Account settings
- Select Communication preferences
- Toggle off Email communications
This will opt you out of emails that include personalized content, product updates, and helpful reminders.
Note: You’ll still receive important transactional emails such as password resets or appointment confirmations.
To start receiving emails again, simply toggle Email communications back on.
Unsubscribe from individual emails
If you’d like to unsubscribe from a specific email type:
- Open an email from Maven
- Scroll to the bottom
- Click Unsubscribe
Stop receiving text messages
If you’d like to stop receiving text messages from Maven:
- Reply to any Maven text message with the word STOP
To start receiving text messages again, reply START to resubscribe.
