Accessing Maven
You can log in to Maven in two ways:
Mobile app
Download the free Maven Clinic app on your Apple iOS (iPhone, iPad) or Android device.
Website
Visit mavenclinic.com on your computer. For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
What you need for a video appointment
All Maven virtual appointments take place by secure video in the app or on the website. To join your appointment, you’ll need:
- A device with a camera and microphone (smartphone, tablet, or computer)
- A stable internet connection to ensure your video chat runs smoothly
Before your appointment begins, we recommend checking that your camera and microphone are enabled and working properly.
Important: Maven virtual appointments must be completed by video through the Maven app or website. We’re not able to offer phone calls in place of video appointments.
