If you’re having trouble logging in to your Maven account, we’re here to help. Try the steps below to get back into your account quickly.
1. Double-check your email address
Make sure you’re using the correct email associated with your Maven account.
- If you’re unsure, try both your work and personal email addresses.
- Watch for small typos or extra spaces.
2. Check your password
Passwords are case-sensitive, so double-check:
- Spelling
- Capitalization
- Extra spaces before or after your password
If you’re not sure your password is correct, it’s best to reset it.
3. Reset your password
If you’ve forgotten your password:
- Click “Forgot My Password” on the login screen
- Or reset it directly here: https://www.mavenclinic.com/app/forgot-password
When creating a new password, avoid using any part of your first name, last name, or email address—otherwise the system may decline it.
4. Didn’t receive the reset email?
If you don’t see the password reset email:
- Check your Spam/Junk folder
- Check your Promotions folder
- Make sure you’re checking the correct inbox
If you received the email but the link isn’t working:
- Use the link directly from the email (don’t copy and paste if possible)
- Make sure you’re not adding extra spaces
- Keep in mind the link is only valid for a limited time
If it has expired, request a new password reset email.
5. Check your browser (if using the website)
If you’re logging in at mavenclinic.com:
- Make sure your browser accepts cookies
- Use a supported browser like Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
- Try clearing your cache or opening a new private/incognito window
