How to find a Maven Partner Clinic
Our Clinic Finder makes it easy to search for fertility clinics in the Maven Performance Clinic Network. You can access it through the Maven app or on the web:
Option 1: For most members (not using Maven Wallet):
- Tap your Maven Benefit ID
- Select “Find a clinic”
Option 2: If you're using Maven Wallet:
- Go to your Wallet homepage
- Tap the gear icon in the top right corner
- Select “Find a clinic” from the settings menu

Please note: The Clinic Finder only includes domestic clinics in the Maven Performance Clinic Network. If you live outside the U.S., message the Maven Care Team for support in finding a fertility clinic near you.

Do I need to use a Maven Partner Clinic?
Maven Access / Green members: You’re not required to use a Maven Partner Clinic, but we recommend it for quality care and potential savings.
Maven Gold members: Yes. To use your Maven Wallet for fertility and/or preservation benefits, you must receive care at a Maven Partner Clinic.
Not sure what kind of member you are? Log into the Maven app and tap the “Me” icon to check your Maven Benefit ID card.
How to get started with a clinic
Once you’ve selected a clinic:
- Message the Maven Care Team to have them reach out on your behalf. You’ll hear back from the clinic within 3 business days.
- Or, contact the clinic directly. Be sure to tell them you’re a Maven member and share your Maven Benefit ID, found under the “Me” section in the app.
Important for Maven Gold members
Important: If you choose to get care outside of the Maven Performance Network, please keep in mind that you will not be eligible for your employer’s fertility and/or preservation benefits through Maven Wallet. You will not qualify for reimbursement or have coverage through your Maven benefit.
Requesting an exception
You may be eligible for an exception if:
- You're already receiving care at an out-of-network clinic, or
- You live more than 50 miles from a Maven Partner Clinic
To apply, message the Maven Care Team. If approved, you’ll be able to submit eligible out-of-pocket expenses for reimbursement after services are complete. No payments will appear in your Maven Wallet until then.
