Is it required that I use a Maven Partner Clinic?
- Maven Access / Green members: You are not required to use a partner clinic, but it's highly recommended due to their high-quality.
- Maven Gold members: You are required to use a Maven Partner Clinic to use your Maven Wallet fertility benefits.

How do I get help choosing a clinic?
If you’d like help choosing the right clinic for you, we’re here for you! Message your Maven Care Advocate for a personalized referral list anytime. (You don’t need authorization from Maven to seek treatment at a clinic in our Maven Performance Network, but we’re here to help as much as you like.)
Once you select a clinic, message your Care Advocate to contact the clinic on your behalf. You’ll hear from the clinic within 3 business days to make an appointment. If you’d prefer, you can also make an appointment yourself directly with the clinic. Be sure to tell them that you are a Maven member and share your Maven Benefit ID number. This can be found by logging into Maven and tapping “Me”. You’ll find your Benefit ID card listed underneath your name.
For Maven Gold members
Important: If you choose to get care outside of the Maven Performance Network, please keep in mind that you will not be eligible for your employer’s fertility and/or preservation benefits through Maven Wallet. You will not qualify for reimbursement or have coverage through your Maven benefit.
Applying for an exception to use a clinic outside the Maven Performance Network
If you’re currently in treatment at a clinic or live more than 50 miles from a Maven Partner Clinic, you may be eligible for an exception. Message your Maven Care Advocate to apply. If your request is approved, you will be able to submit eligible out-of-pocket expenses for reimbursement. You will not be eligible for reimbursement until the service is complete. No payments will show in your Maven Wallet account until you submit an expense for reimbursement.
