If you don’t see Maven Wallet in your account, don’t worry—there are a few common reasons why.
If you have access to Maven Wallet, you’ll see My Maven Wallet in the Me section of your app or website. If you don’t see it, here are a few possible reasons why.
1. Your employer doesn’t offer Maven Wallet
You may have Maven through your employer or health plan, but Maven Wallet is an additional benefit that provides employer funds for eligible expenses like fertility, maternity, menopause, childcare, adoption, and surrogacy. While your employer may offer Maven, not every employer chooses to include Maven Wallet.
If Wallet isn’t part of your benefit, Maven is still here to support you. For more information on what Maven can offer, check out this article: Maven 101.
2. Your account isn’t fully enrolled in your sponsored benefits
It’s possible you created a Maven account, but haven’t enrolled in the sponsored benefits your employer or health plan provides. If you were referred to Maven through your employer or health plan, you’ll want to make sure you’re enrolled in a sponsored program.
Learn how to do that here: How do I enroll in my Maven sponsored program?.
3. Your employer has eligibility requirements
Some employers set additional requirements for Wallet access. For example, you may need to:
- Be enrolled in your company’s medical plan, or
- Reach a certain length of employment (such as 90 days)
These requirements vary by employer, so it’s best to confirm what applies to you.
