If your partner’s or parent’s employer or health plan offers Maven as a fully paid benefit, you can enroll in a Maven sponsored program through them to access your benefits. Enrollment is straightforward and only takes a few minutes.
Step 1: Create a Maven account
If you don’t already have a Maven account, start by creating one. You can do this by downloading the Maven Clinic app or visiting mavenclinic.com/register.
For a more detailed walkthrough, we recommend reviewing our How do I set up my Maven account? article.
Step 2: Check your enrollment status
Once you’re logged in:
- Select the menu (three lines) on mobile, or your initials on the web
- Look for a Program tab
If you see a program listed, you’re already enrolled and can start using your benefits.
Step 3: Enroll in your sponsored program
If you’re not currently enrolled:
- Click Check Now on your homepage
- Follow the prompts to verify your eligibility
Step 4: Verify your information
When enrolling through a partner or parent, you’ll be asked to enter their organization and verify some information. This may include:
- Your partner’s or parent’s name and date of birth
- Your name and date of birth
- Your partner’s or parent’s work email address (if the benefit is offered through their employer)
- If they don’t have a work email, you may instead be asked for their first and last name, date of birth, and work state
- Subscriber ID, which can be found on the sponsored individual’s health insurance card (this may be labeled “Member ID” or “ID”)
Step 5: Select your Maven program
Once your information is verified, you’ll be prompted to choose the Maven program that best fits your needs right now. You can always change programs later if your needs change.
Step 6: Personalize your care
After selecting your program, you’ll answer a few health questions. This helps us create a Maven Care Team and experience that’s personalized to you.
