We’re glad you’re here. Maven is a virtual care app designed to support you through every stage of family health—whether you’re planning ahead, navigating a big transition, or just looking for trusted answers. Getting set up only takes a few minutes.
How to create your Maven account
If you don’t have a Maven account yet, you can get started by downloading the Maven app or visiting mavenclinic.com/register.
You’ll be asked to provide:
- Your personal email address
- A secure password

Basic information about yourself, including:
- Name
- Date of birth
- Phone number
- Location
Once you’ve completed these steps, we’ll automatically check whether you’re eligible for a Maven program covered by your employer or health plan.
What happens next
- If you’re eligible: You’ll be able to access your sponsored Maven program right away.
- If you’re not eligible: You can still use Maven as a pay-per-appointment member and access care and resources when you need them.
