Can I track my Maven Milk kit order?
Yes. After your Maven Milk kit ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with all the details you need to follow your shipment.
Maven Milk kits typically ship 3–5 business days before your milk travel start date, so you’ll have time to prepare before your trip.
What if my Pump + Post kit says “delivered,” but I can’t find it?
If your tracking information shows that your Pump + Post kit was delivered but you’re unable to locate it, try the following steps:
- Check with your hotel’s front desk or reception
- Ask them to look in the mail room or lobby where packages are usually held
- Show hotel staff a photo of the Maven Milk box to help them identify it more easily
