If your employer offers Maven Wallet, you’ll see Maven Wallet in the Menu section of your Maven app or website.
If it’s missing but you believe you should have access, check Why don’t I see Maven Wallet in my account? or contact the Maven Care Team for support.
How to Apply
Getting started is quick and easy:
- Open your Maven app or visit mavenclinic.com and log in.

Find your Wallet:
- On your Home screen, scroll to the Go to Maven Wallet button, or
- Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top corner of the app (or your initials on the website) and click Maven Wallet.
- Click “Apply for Maven Wallet” and answer a few short questions.
- Once approved based on your employer’s eligibility criteria, you can begin using your Maven Wallet.
Please note for Maven Green members: You may be asked to add a spouse or tax-dependent partner during your Maven Wallet application. If you do not add them during the application process, you won’t be able to add them yourself later in the app or on the website. However, the Maven Care Team can help add them for you later.

Eligible Expenses
For details about your Maven Wallet benefits and eligible expenses, open your Maven Wallet Program Overview:
- Go to your Maven Wallet homepage.
- Tap the gear icon in the upper-right corner.
- Scroll to Learn More.
- Select Maven Wallet Program Overview.
