If you’re a Maven Green member and your Maven Wallet includes coverage for a spouse or tax-dependent partner, you’ll have the option to add them when you first apply for Maven Wallet.

Adding a spouse or partner during your application
During the Maven Wallet application process, we’ll ask whether you’d like to include a spouse or tax-dependent partner on your account.
We recommend adding them during your initial application whenever possible.
Need to add them later?
If you choose not to add a spouse or tax-dependent partner during your application, you won’t be able to add them yourself later in the Maven app or on the Maven website.
However, the Maven Care Team can help add them to your account after your application has been submitted.
To request this update, please message the Maven Care Team and include the following information for your dependent:
- First and last name
- Date of birth
- Health insurance information
Once we receive those details, we’ll help update your Maven Wallet account.
